With the "GLS Parcels" app, users can efficiently manage their GLS parcels, enabling them to monitor incoming deliveries and streamline the process of sending packages by conveniently purchasing shipping labels directly within the application.

• TRACK PARCELS
  • Track new parcels by entering a parcel number or tracking ID
  • Customize parcel details for simplified tracking, including name and icon
  • Display all tracked parcels (incoming, outgoing, and archived)
  • Option to delete tracked parcels
  • Access detailed parcel and delivery information such as delivery date and live tracking
  • Select alternative delivery options for parcels in transit, like delivering to a neighbor or a local shop
  • Automatically track parcels by adding email addresses to your account

• SEND PARCELS
  • Set up shipping labels by specifying parcel details such as size, destination country, sender, and recipient information
  • Store addresses in the address book for a streamlined purchase process
  • Make payments via PayPal or credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Receive order confirmations and receipts via email
  • Print shipping labels at home or at the parcel shop using a Mobile parcel label or QR Code
  • View all shipping labels (active, inactive, and archived)

• SHOPS
  • Locate nearby GLS parcel shops with geolocation services
  • Search for parcel shops in a specific location
  • Access store details including opening hours and distance information

• SIGN-UP / LOG-IN
  • Register as a new user to save app-generated data like tracked parcels and shipping labels
  • Log in using an existing GLS account
  • Log out of the application, clearing all local data
  • Change your account password
